Sisters and Brothers

I have a few reminders for you to hold firmly in mind as we approach Christmas.  First, please plan on joining us for our Advent 4, Advent Lessons and Carols service on Saturday evening at 6:00 pm.  That service includes Holy Communion and beautiful Advent hymns.

Second, our Christmas Eve festivities begins at 10:00 pm with a Hot Coco Bar (with adult additives available).  Our Midnight Christmas Eve Mass begins at 11:00 pm  Remember that they call it Christ-mass for a reason.  You can't very well go around wishing folks a Merry Christmas if you don't plan on attending mass!

Third, we need to make sure folks know that we will NOT have our regular Sunday morning mass this Sunday.  (We expect to see everyone on Sunday evening for our Midnight Mass.  For those who simply can't make it to midnight mass, you might consider attending worship with Good Shepherd in Sapulpa or St. Matthews in Sand Springs.  (I am hoping to attend one of these as well as our own!)

Finally, please, please, please plan on bringing someone with you on Christmas Eve.  We hope to have a full house.

Merry Christmas, ya'll!

Fr. Dewayne

Food Pantry Leadership Update!

As we have been announcing Karl Villadsen is stepping down as the head of the Food Pantry at the end of the month.  We have assembled a team to lead the Pantry for 2018.  Those serving as the Pantry Team leaders are: Raul Rosario, Dale Reinschmiedt and Stephen Culley.

We are still looking for volunteers to help either on a "routine" or "as needed" basis.  If you can help in some way, please see one of these fine team leaders and let them know you are available!

Winter Weather
Church Closing Notice

If, due to weather conditions, Fr. Dewayne and the Vestry determine that it is unsafe to hold services, an announcement will go out via these methods:

(1)   Our Church app;
(2)  Our Facebook page;
(3)    Our website - please see the gold "Announcement" block at the top right hand side of the page.
(4)    KRMG. KRMG will share our information on-air, online, on the KRMG App, and with sister stations KWEN-K95.5FM, KRAV-MIX 96, and KJSR-Eagle 103.3.

Assuming that there is power and the internet is working, we will try to send out a blast email to everyone through our Power Church database program.

If winter weather has you wondering if our doors are open, please consult one of those sources to find the answer. As always, you must determine if it's safe to make the trip--even if we are open. Be safe!

We're More Connected!
