Healthcare Pioneers 2019 - Submit Your Case Study

Submission deadline Friday 30 June
Y our are invited to submit your case study showing excellent examples of innovative and effective atrial fibrillation (AF) services to help improve care standards around the world for patients with AF.

The AF Association Healthcare Pioneers Report recognises best practice in the identification, diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with AF. Shared with policy makers, politicians & health care professionals, the report is used as a benchmark to improve services and care for patients with AF.

Entries will be reviewed by an expert international judging panel chaired by Prof A John Camm who will select case studies that identify best practice in delivering care for AF patients from identification, diagnosis through to treatment – perfecting the patient care pathway.

Winners will be announced at  Heart Rhythm Congress (HRC) taking place from 7 - 10 October at The ICC, Birmingham UK.
