The public is invited to attend the City of Dubuque's opening celebration for the 2012-2013 installation of Art on the River at the Grand River Center in the Port of Dubuque on Thursday, July 12, at 5 p.m.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet the artists and art selection jury, enjoy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar, and take a walking tour along the Riverwalk of the of the 2012-2013 installation of Art on the River.
Start your day with a visit to the Museum & Aquarium, and then walk over to the Grand River Center for a lovely evening celebrating art along the Mississippi Riverwalk!
