Over the summer months we're planning to run a number of our most popular short safety programmes which have been specifically 

re-designed to inform you of various regulations, keep you compliant with current safety law and save you money.

 

 

Duration & Venue

The duration of each programme is one day, 

starting at 9:30am and finishing around 5pm.  All programmes are held in Crookstown, Co. Kildare

 

 

Cost

Each programme costs €95 (€45 for Manual Handling) per person and includes Heartbeat Safety certification and refreshments.  Or you could avail of one of our package deals:

Assessment

You'll be formatively assessed throughout the 

day and then through a multiple choice question paper or a skills based assessment at the end, of the programme.

Asbestos Safety

 

All workers who are liable to disturb asbestos during their normal work should be trained so that they can recognise asbestos containing materials and know what to do if they come across them. 

 

What you'll learn.

After the course you'll be able to

-  How to determine where your likely  to find 

asbestos

 

- Be able to write a policy for dealing with 

asbestos

 

- Be able to prioritise risks posed by the type 

and condition of building materials

 

- Know how to handle asbestos emergency or 

scare

 

- Know when to use air monitoring and bulk 

sampling and be able to explain the results
