Lenten Craft Fair
Mark the beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday.
Ash Wednesday, February 14, is the first day of Lent. We spend the season before Easter examining our discipleship, scrutinizing our Christian journeys, and acknowledging our need for repentance, mercy, and forgiveness. Join us for the following observances:
  • Noon Communion service in Niles Chapel, followed by lunch ($8 per person).
  • Lenten Craft Fair, 4:00-6:00 PM in the Assembly Room. Families, join us for the Lenten Craft Fair. All ages are welcome to participate in hands-on crafts and activities that will help you and your children mark this season in our church. Childcare available for young siblings.
  • Church potluck dinner with Communion at 6:00 PM in the Assembly Room. Bring a dish to share (family-friendly main dishes are especially appreciated).
  • Ecumenical Communion service at 7:00 PM in Niles Chapel. Hosted by Princeton Presbyterians, with several other campus ministries participating.

valentinesValentines for Food
Through February 14 we are participating in Arm In Arm's annual Valentines for Food drive, a community-wide effort to raise funds, food, and awareness to end hunger in our community. For the fifth year several generous NPC members have pledged to match total Valentines for Food donations made by NPC members. With last year's matches we raised over $12,000!

Make your donation in special pew envelopes this Sunday, February 11, or at arminarm.org/donate with "Nassau match" in the special message box.

All are invited to an evening choral service on Saturday, February 24, at 7:00 PM, featuring the Mass in C (the "Coronation Mass") by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

One of his most stirring and beloved pieces, the work is presented by the Adult Choir and orchestra. The soloists will include Maria Palombo, Marissa Chalker, George Somerville, and Elem Eley.

A free-will offering will support Cetana, our mission partner in Myanmar.

On Sunday, February 18, explore Mozart's composition techniques in a master class with Noel Werner and the soloists, 12:15 PM in the Music Room.
