It has been a LOOOOOOONNNNNGGGG Winter, but signs of Spring are starting to sprout up! One sure sign it's Spring, the Asheville City Market opens this Saturday.

We are also hosting our Second Annual Summer Solstice Dinner to Benefit ASAP again this year. The theme will be the "Convenience of Local Foods." Mark you calendars now, and we will send more information once it is available.

It is that time of year again! Time for the Asheville City Market to open. This Saturday, April 5th, we will be there from 8am-1pm. Come by and say hello, we have missed you!

We will be at the Sunburst Market Saturday April 5th from 3-5:30pm sampling Dip, Cold Smoked, Smoked and Jerky.

Mother Earth News Fair

We will be joining Leah McGrath in the Ingles Booth Sunday April 13th for the Mother Earth News Fair. Our R&D Chef Charles will be doing a cooking demonstration from 9-11am.
