Steve Moriarty
 Biography:

 Steve Moriarty is a principal in the firm of Chadwick, Washington, Moriarty, Elmore & Bunn, PC, a resident in the Fairfax and Salem offices, and a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA, 1976) and the University of Richmond (JD, 1981). He has represented community associations since 1984, focusing on dispute avoidance and resolution, and trying cases in state and federal courts across Virginia. He served in the Fairfax Commonwealth's Attorney's Office from 1981-84; was a contributing author of Condominium and Homeowner Association Litigation: Community Association Law, Wiley Law Publications, 1987; has written articles for Quorum Magazine; and has taught at the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy in Ashburn, Virginia. He served as President of the Board of Directors of ICON Community Services and is presently on the Board of Directors of Linden Resources, Inc.; he is serving as President of the Southwest Virginia Regional Council of the Central Virginia Chapter of the Community Association Institute.

 

Gary Beveridge

 Biography:

 

Gary has been a Nationwide agent for 40 years and achieved numerous sales awards including Champion and President's Conferences. His father, Whit Beveridge started the agency in 1963. Gary is married to Kathleen and they live in Roanoke. They have three wonderful children and six adorable grandchildren. Gary enjoys playing trumpet in the Roanoke Valley Community Band. He also received an honorable discharge from the 90th Army Band with 13 years of service. His philosophy has always been that his customers come first and it is his humble duty to serve them and make sure they are always provided with superior service and care.

Peter Miller
 Biography:

 

A Principal in the firm of Miller - Dodson Associates, Peter Miller is considered to be one of the nation's leading experts in the field of Reserve Studies and Strategic  Financial Planning for Community Associations. A graduate of the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech, Mr. Miller is a frequent author and lecturer, and was selected to teach the Community Associations Institute's (CAI) Webinar on Reserves and Reserve Studies. Peter served as Vice-Chair of the CAI National Reserves Committee, and has been widely recognized for his industry efforts, including the CAI National "President's Award" and "Award for Excellence in Chapter Leadership". He holds the Community Association Institute's professional designation of Reserve Specialist (RS). Peter currently serves as the 2014 President of the Southeast Virginia Chapter of CAI. He previously served as the 2004 President of the CAI Washington Metropolitan Chapter, and served on the Board of the CAI South Carolina Chapter.
