Starting New Habits

Hello! We hope you like the new look of our email!

Spring is finally here and though the sky may be yellow with pollen some days, the sun is warm and days are longer - perfect for time outside.

Did you want to start walking but it's failed to take root? Maybe the goal of eating more veggies and fruit instead of breads and sweets is still frozen in place? Starting new habits and making them stick is tough. Ever wondered why or if there's a way to make it easier? Our May programs can help.

Take the mystery out of food and ingredients you've never tried and join us for "You Eat That?" Come sample your new favorite food.
