Join us Sunday, October 21st when we  cook up soul warming dishes inspired by the beautiful fall harvest. These recipes will teach you healthy alternatives to indulgent Fall dishes. You will learn how to incorporate plant based, whole foods into your cooking routine, and be inspired to stay healthy as the holidays approach.
