Understanding Human Behaviour to Boost Your Profits

How can a better understanding of a client's brain make it easier to make a sale?

Welcome Professor Peter Walla from the University of Newcastle as our guest speaker for the December HBEN Breakfast, who will share the insights he has gained from his extensive research into what it can take for a business to get the 'cut through', grab the attention of clients, maintain their focus and to convert their interest into a sale.

Having a better understanding of the subconscious and conscious processes that contribute to a purchase, or to a client's loyalty to a type of product or brand, is of great interest to Professor Walla, who has spent more than 20 years researching how the brain guides human behaviour.

Together with his company Neuroconsult, Professor Walla, is helping to bridge the gap in the understanding of product development, industrial design and marketing, and provide businesses worldwide with a better understanding of the allure of products and services for clients, and will share insights into how these principles can be applied in your business to boost your profits.
