YWCA Union County's Tribute to Women & Industry (TWIN) Award is a nationally-recognized honor for women. Since creating the TWIN award 35 years ago, the YWCA has honored women in executive, managerial, and other professional roles who have made significant contributions in their fields. This important award recognizes successful women executives for their outstanding achievements and honors those companies that have provided opportunities for women to achieve their potential.

The TWIN Program benefits YWCA Union County's  programs for victims of domestic violence, such as emergency shelters. Its TWIN Management Forum (TMF)is a network of TWIN honorees that meets regularly to take part in a variety of programs on career and personal development. TMF attracts diverse and talented members who experience personal and professional enrichment through its networking programs. In addition, this group provides an opportunity to help other women achieve their educational and career goals through the TMF Scholarship Fund.
The Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies, a long-time supporter of TWIN, is serving as this year's Host Company. Donna N.
