REMEMBER only 6 weeks to the Saint Andrew Auction!

If you are on Spring Break remember to pick up an item or gift card for the Auction and send into the office when you get back.  

Each family at SAS is responsible for giving an item, service, ad or donation to the auction for it to be successful. WHAT will your family give?

STUDENT WILDCAT PARTIES
After Spring Break, be on the lookout for information about Student Wildcat Parties!  Grade-level Wildcat parties will become available after Spring Break!  More information to come!

FEATURED ITEM
Enjoy Margarita Ball this year on November 11 th with an exclusive VIP package!
  • 2 VIP tickets to the event and unlimited margaritas
  • 2 VIP passes to Hornitos Lounge
  • Dinner and an overnight stay at The Worthington Renaissance Hotel 
VIP tickets and passes for the event are not sold individually.  

COMMITTEES THAT NEED HELP
Please contact the chairs if you are interested in chairing and helping with any of the following committees.  Many thanks to those who have responded to this need! 
 
$5,000 Raffle
  • Are you a go-getter with the gift to influence others?  Then we need your talents at the auction to sell raffle tickets for a chance to win a $5,000 gift card!  The chairperson would be responsible for the organization and setup of the raffle table at the auction, coordinating volunteers/committee members to sell tickets throughout the auction at various shifts, and ensure that payments are collected for the tickets. 
 
Solicitations
  • Do you and your friends have a favorite place, an amazing service, or a fun camp that would be a fantastic addition to the auction?  Then we need your help to ask your favorite and frequent venues for a contribution.  If you love it then more than likely the families of Saint Andrew would love it, too!
 
Wrap-up
  • Are you the "Martha Stewart" of loose ends, or an organization genius?  Can you take a task and run with it until the very end?  Then we need your skills to help ensure that we wrap up the auction once all of the planning is done and the event evening has ended.  You'll work with the chairs to identify tasks and things that need to be taken care of so that nothing is left undone.
 
Vendor Directory
  • New this year will be a vendor directory which will be included in the school family directory.  The vendor directory will contain the businesses and services that have sponsored the auction that Saint Andrew families can use.  This is a great way to reciprocate the support that our community has for the school.  We will need help collecting the vendor information and working with the family directory to create the information.

FAMILY SPONSORSHIP LEVEL
From now until March 31 st , you will have the opportunity to buy a Family Sponsorship!  Family Sponsorships are new this year and a great way to help with the auction!  

For $150, you will get:
  • An Out-of-Uniform pass for the family
  • Published recognition in the auction program and Wildcat Weekly
  • 1 child admission to a Wildcat Party of your choice.  
Forms were sent home with your oldest & only and can also be found in the school office.


VIP EXPERIENCE
Upgrade your evening with the  VIP Experience for $1,500!  This will give you 2 tickets to the auction with seating, a hotel room at the Fort Worth Club with breakfast for 2, transportation to and from the event, published recognition in the auction program, and recognition at the auction. 
 
For table level donors from the Annual Fund, you can get the VIP Experience for $1,000.

Community Partner Letter (to be used when soliciting items from businesses)

When you visit your favorite restaurant, salon, or spa, ask if they would contribute an item or service to the auction.  Present the letter for information and have them fill out a contract once you have secured the donation.

Contracts are in the school office.  If you are bringing an item to the school, please fill out a contract form in the office when you drop it off.

AUCTION WISH LIST
Do you have any gifts such as gift cards, accessories, kitchenware, or other items from the holidays and birthdays that you know you won't use?  Donate them to the auction!  Bring them to the school office and be sure to fill out a contract for each item contributed.
 
Favorite Venues
Are there places and services that your family frequently enjoys?  Ask if they will contribute an item or service to the auction!  It's amazing how much is given when you ask!
 
Lotto tickets
We need more lotto scratch-off tickets donated for the Lotto Wreath in the auction.  Tickets can be dropped off at the school office in an envelope labeled for the auction.
