Dear Beach Church Family,
The summer season at the Church has been very busy. In June we hosted a large youth group from TN and then helped with a group of 2400
teenagers that used our Fellowship Hall for a food staging area. We had a successful Fish Fry and plan to have another one this month. We are also looking forward to a fun Trivia Night on the 31st. Our Pastoral Search Committee has begun to read the various profiles of candidates so keep them in your prayers. Each week I continue to provide leadership for the worship services and visit our members in hospitals, Nursing Facilities and homes. Please feel free to contact me if you have a need or concern. As we move into the new month we need to continue to be faith in our giving. Right now we are behind in our budget so we need your sacrificial gift as soon as possible.
God's best to you during these summer days,
Pastor Mike

Mission Trip Update
On July 18, 2015, 1 adult and 4 teens loaded into a van which was packed to the top,
for a 13 hour trip to Southern Pines, NC for our work mission trip. All were anxious and lot of discussions as to what we thought our trip was going to be. Once we got there
and settled into our rooms, filled to capacity with beds, luggage, and people, our fun began. We had a welcome program to explain what was going to happen and how the week was going to work and to invite anyone that wanted to join the praise band and drama. Eva and Savannah both participated in the praise band and Savannah participated in drama and variety show. On our first night we got to meet our crew members, got a t-shirt and had devotions with our youth group. Monday morning we left to meet our resident's and got right to work on our projects. Our projects ranged from building and fixing a deck, painting the outside of a house along with fixing rotted siding, and painting inside. Most of us ate lunch with our residents and did our lunchtime devotions with them. By Friday everyone had completed their projects, even if it was with help from other crews that finished early, and we had a special program back at the school for our residents with cookie social and final good byes to them. Each night we had an evening program with different activities, small devotion time with just our youth group and lots
of games and fellowship with our new life- long friends.
Ignite would like to thank each and every one of you for all the prayers and support for this mission trip. We are looking forward to sharing our experience of our God sightings and how Jesus has 'Reframe' us!

Please help us by donating non-perishable foods; boxed or canned, and don't forget about baby food and diapers for Interfaith Ministries, and Caring and Sharing of South Santa Rosa County, as well as toilet paper for RMH. Once a month we will deliver the goods to the appropriate places. A box will be placed in the Narthex each week for the collection. Thanks so much for supporting our Beach Church Youth Group!
