WALL OF FAME
|
Biltmore Hotel
Ms. Bienvenides, the evening concierge was most gracious as were all the other concierge staff...And, the maintenance staff that is all over the property should be trained to be as welcoming as the bellman, valets and concierge. Perhaps
Ms. Bienvenides could lead this class.
Setai Hotel
Specific shout outs to the concierges:
Brayan,
Lenny, and
Seth, who helped us with plans and directions before and during our visit.
Lenny even walked with us several blocks to our dinner restaurant!
