Ages 1-3 years with an adult; $2/child
Discover what is happening in nature each month through
stories, hands on activities, live critters and more.

Kids Discover Nature:  Beavers and Otters
Monday, August 14;  11 - noon
Ages 3-7 years with an adult; $4/child
August is a great time to learn about mammals that spend
time in the water! Discover some neat facts about these
animals a nd see what they look like up close with our
real beaver and otter mounts.

Citizen Science Thursday
Thursday, August 24; 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Free; For ages 10 and up
All participants must be registered in our online system.
Volunteer your time with our citizen science projects.
Tasks will vary depending on what needs attention. Tasks may include: cleaning, repairing or monitoring our habitat boxes or installing new ones.  Come prepared to learn and work as you contribute to our natural resource work. 
Wear sturdy shoes, bring work gloves and water.
