2017 CoC Competition Important Dates
Monday, August 28, 2017: Applications Due All direct grantees, including renewal applicants and applicants applying for new projects, must submit their completed applications via e-snaps by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017.
New project applicants must submit the information form received from Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) staff by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017. In addition to information you submit via e-snaps, this new project information form will be used for scoring purposes.
KHC subrecipients must submit the forms received from KHC staff for renewal and expansion projects by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017.
Your e-snaps and email-submitted information will be reviewed by KHC staff. KHC staff will contact project applicants if changes are needed or to seek clarification on any responses.
Thursday, August 31, 2017: KHC Capacity Scorecard All project applicants, including direct grantees and KHC subrecipients, renewal applicants and first-time applicants, must complete the KHC Capacity Scorecard in KHC Universal Funding Application (UFA) by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2017. The KHC Capacity Scorecard is used for scoring purposes. Applicants should select Specialized Housing, the 2017 CoC Application. Note: If your agency has more than one project, you only need to complete the KHC Capacity Scorecard one time.
Thursday, August 31, 2017: APRs Due All renewal projects, excluding projects funded for the first time through the 2016 CoC application round, applying for renewal projects, must submit Annual Performance Reports (APRs) for the period October 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017. Applicants with more than one renewal project should submit a separate APR for each renewal project. The APR submitted for renewal projects will be used to score any renewal applicant's expansion project application, if applicable.
Thursday, September 14, 2017: Signed Match Letters All project applicants, including direct grantees, must submit copies of their signed match letters to KHC. A match letter template is available on KHC's website under Specialized Housing, Continuum of Care, 2017 CoC Application.

2017 CoC Competition Draft Scoring and Ranking Criteria Approved
The Kentucky Balance of State Continuum of Care (KY BoS CoC) Advisory Board has approved the 2017 CoC Program Competition local scoring and ranking criteria for renewal, new, and expansion project applications.
The scoring and ranking criteria for each application type, as well as the 2017 application process document, are posted on
KHC's website

Applicants are encouraged to review these documents to fully understand the KY BoS CoC's project performance expectations and policy priorities that will be used to select and rank projects for submission to HUD.
