It's been a month and a half since we've moved and what a journey it has been! There have been some challenges, but everyone has adjusted well and we are loving the new space. We appreciate your patience and your feedback. Come help us celebrate our  Grand Re-Opening Saturday September 15, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Passport to Fitness

For the month of August we will hosting our Passport to Fitness. All you need to do is pick up a passport at the front desk, complete the items listed, and your passport will be entered to win a Personal Training prize pack and a bottle of wine.

KEY AND PHONE LOCKERS
Free for the Month of August!
Please use our key and phone lockers. This is the safest place to keep your smaller valuables during your workout. Our change rooms are shared with the Community Centre, which means we cannot control who uses them. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For $6.00 a month you can guarantee your locker- see front desk for details.
Updates to the Loft

The new mirrors are up! We have installed mirrors in the loft to improve your fitness classes. Check them out the next time you're in for a workout or class.

We have also arranged for dimmers to be installed on the lights in the loft to make classes more enjoyable.
