Fundraiser for Capital Public Radio Endowment
Many of my friends and colleagues are using social media to promote the causes they care about on their birthdays. Here is one from friend and colleague Barbara O'Connor on her 70th: a fundraising campaign to support the Capital Public Radio Endowment, Inc. This organization's mission is to provide a trusted and indispensable source of information, music, and entertainment while strengthening the civic and cultural life of the communities they serve.
As the boomers tumble into their 70s, there is about to be a large wealth transfer as these individuals become generous with their time and assets, whether that is giving to a classroom or a family in need.
