Celebrating Summer in the District!
July was filled with fun and celebration this past month in the Cultural District. We began with the festive 4th of July parade, Santa arrived in a convertible for Natick Nights and ended celebrating with Art Walk on July 20th. Natick is the place to be in the summertime!

Every week our Farmers Market is on the gorgeous Natick Common with plenty of great food and craft vendors! Visit the Natick Farmers Market Facebook Page for weekly details.

Natick Nights!

Natick Nights added energy to the downtown every Thursday in June and July this summer. It was a time to discover new businesses, stroll the downtown, have dinner, take in some music and entertainment along the way.

In early July Santa arrived to hear the mid-year gift requests from his youngest fans and for the final Natick Nights we fought off some rain with some help from balloon animals, ballet and music.

For those who us joined in the fun, we thank you for visiting the downtown and hope you found some new favorite places. The district worked together with the businesses to help us make each week exciting. Thank you for partnering with us to create a vibrant center!

The summer isn't over yet so mark  your calendars for Multi-Cultural Day on August 26th from 12-3:00 pm and come to experience the other cultures in our community.

Art Walk 2017

Art Walk celebrated it's 10th season with artistry and style as over 50 artists shared their creations with the public on July 20th in the district.

Artists blanketed the downtown with a tapestry of ceramics, paintings, watercolors, photography, various hand made items and glass work. There was delicious food provided by our local restaurants, music filled the air while dancers and entertainers rounded out the night. We had many artists from near and far joining us this year.
We're already looking forward to another amazing Art Walk next year!

Public Art Unveiled

Art Walk was the perfect night to dedicate the three newly painted electrical boxes in town with two of the artists and our supporters! Thank you to the artists for helping bring additional public art to downtown Natick and to the Pubic Art Committee and to the Massachusetts Cultural Council  for funding our public art projects.

Two more electrical boxes are being painted this fall along 135 so stay tuned for a sneak peek and details soon!
