In Case You Missed It . . .

2019 Open Government Sunset Review List is Ready!

Although the whirlwind 2018 Legislative session is months behind us, our legislative work for 2018  only just began at Sine Die.

Our President, Barbara Petersen, is already working on the 2019 session, and has  been super busy analyzing all 16(!) exemptions subject to Open Government Sunset Review for 2019. Check it out here .

It is quite the list! This is why we need your help.

Tracking all the bills each year that lobbyists and legislators try to sneak by us - bills that chip away at OUR right to know - is a monumental task. You would think we had a staff of five or more, given the amount of legislative information that comes out of the FAF office each session.  But Barbara does it ALL with the help of just one legal fellow. We pride ourselves here at the First Amendment Foundation with being frugal with your  donation dollars and we appreciate any and all contributions to assist us with our efforts to keep the SUN in the Sunshine State!

Please consider giving $16 (in honor of the 16 exemptions subject to sunset review) or more today to help us in our fight to protect YOUR right to know.

Thank you for your time, consideration, and support of our mission.
