This 16-hour (2-day) Fall Protection - Competent Person course is designed for facility and site supervisors who must serve as the competent person required by OSHA 1926.32(f), 1926.500 and 1910.  The training provides more detailed coverage of the Fall Protection course materials and will consist of classroom instruction and hands-on exercises with a required demonstration of proficiency. Confined Space Entry Training Course

 

This 4-hour training course is designed to educate all employees who may perform Confined Space Entry (i.e. attendants, entrants, entry supervisors). All applicable employees will receive training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.146. 

Upon successful completion of the course, each student will be issued a training certificate.

Fall Protection - Authorized User Training Course

 

This 4-hour Fall Protection - Authorized User course is designed for employees who may be exposed to a fall. This class will provide a basic understanding of the OSHA Standards for fall protection and the methods available to eliminate or control fall hazards.

 

Additionally, this course provides the skills needed to inspect, wear, anchor and use various personal fall protection system components. The training class will consist of classroom instruction and hands-on exercises with a required demonstration of proficiency. 

 

Upon successful completion of the course, each student will be issued a training certificate.

Red Cross Adult CPR/AED/First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogen Training Course

 

This 8-hour course is designed to prepare participants to identify and eliminate potentially hazardous conditions in their environment, recognize emergencies and make appropriate decisions in providing care.  It will teach the knowledge and skills the participants will need to give immediate care to an ill or injured person until more advanced medical care arrives.

 

  • First Aid - learn to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies, such as burns, cuts/scrapes, sudden illnesses, head/neck/back injuries and heat/cold injuries.
  • CPR Adult - learn to perform CPR and care for cardiac emergencies.
  • AED - learn to use an automatic external defibrillator.
  • Bloodborne Pathogen Awareness

 

 

Upon successful completion of the course, each participant will be issued a student completion card.
