Register today to a number of upcoming project events
Register here for the first H2020 SKILLFUL project's conference, to be held on 20th October in Brussels, Belgium. This event aims to present the results of the first year of the project as well as the future plans which includes an overview of the planned pilot tests. It will also gather the views of end-users (SMEs, research centres, universities etc), suppliers (training centres etc) as well as policy makers so that they are able to influence the project outcomes. And the following week (23-27th October), a whole programme of infrastructure-related events is being organised
at FEHRL member BASt near Cologne, Germany (Brüderstraße 53, D-51427 Bergisch Gladbach). This includes the H2020 FOX project's final conference and the ERA-NET Plus Infravation Annual Event 2017 on Wednesday 25th October, followed by a cocktail buffet at the end of the day. Click on the links below to register for each event:

And a few weeks later on Wednesday 8th November 2017, the first H2020  SENSKIN workshop on " Monitoring Systems for Resilient and Sustainable Bridges" is being held at  BluePoint Brussels (formerly Diamant Centre), 80 Bd. Tenth issue of FIRM magazine focuses on FEHRL Infrastructure Research Meeting 2017 (FIRM17)
Click here to take a look at the tenth issue of the FEHRL Infrastructure Research magazine (FIRM), which was printed and distributed in August to FEHRL members and key transport infrastructure stakeholders. This tenth issue gives an overview of the FEHRL Infrastructure Research Meeting 2017 (FIRM17) held on 5-7th April 2017, as well as end of the USE-iT, REFINET and ECOROADS projects and beginning of SAFE 10-T and COEXIST projects. In total, this issue covers the following key projects:

Still time to apply to TRA VISIONS 2018 young researchers competition!
TRA VISIONS 2018 invites young researchers from all over Europe to submit innovative transport concepts to www.travisions.eu.
by the end of October 2017 so there is still more than a month to go! For this submission, participants need to provide a report, a short presentation and a project poster accompanied by an optional short video.

Projects may cover design, construction, research or operations of new and innovative Transport  concepts and products. The participants should engage in further research and use their creativity, knowledge and personal effort to produce an innovative concept idea. The top three ideas per transport mode will be selected and the final winners of the competition announced during a prestigious award ceremony at the Transport Research Arena (TRA) Conference 2018 in Vienna, Austria on 16-19th April 2018.
