Shalom Parents,
I am looking forward to an exciting year with you and your children. Our program will begin with Bet Limmud on Tuesday, September 6th, and our first Shabbat will be September 10th. Please join us at our Back to School Shabbat lunch on September 10th at noon. Come see old friends, meet new people and enjoy Shabbat together as a community!
This year there are some exciting new initiatives I would like to share with you. First, we are thrilled to announce our completely revamped Sunday program. For 7th and 8th grade students we have our all new Out-of-the-Box Judaism Project, taught this year by Alan Goldweber. Come see what it's all about! I encourage all of our 9th-12th grade students to join our brand new Leadership Institute, where we will hone our skills and put leadership in action through a Jewish lens. All of this in addition to our weekly school program, Shabbatonim, holiday programs and more!
As I continue to work with our talented faculty, staff and education committee to shape our school moving into the future, stay tuned for updates and new programs that you can take advantage of in the quickly approaching school year. I look forward to a wonderful year with you!
