2016 Sausalito Gingerbread House Tour
Deadline to enter is October 31st!

This December marks the 10th anniversary of the Sausalito Gingerbread House Tour (SGHT) sponsored by the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce.
Participating in the Gingerbread Tour is a fantastic way to bring new customers to your store, create awareness of your business and offer joy to all. If having someone to build a house for you is an issue, we have you covered. New this year is the "Adopt-a-Baker" program which partners Sausalito's creative bakers with local merchants to help fund and provide a venue to show off their handiwork
A map of the participating businesses will be widely distributed throughout The Bay Area.  This 10th year will be promoted via various media outlets with the purpose being to drive traffic into Sausalito for the Winter Shopping Season

October 30 Film Series -  Sausalito Film Series Features Award-Winning Documentary on Food Waste and Hunger

Child Friendly Haunted House
Preview - 4:15pm
Beat the rush and avoid the long line later in the evening. This year the Haunted House will open early with a low key, lights on version geared for the little ones. Haunt will be open from 4:15-5:00pm in the child friendly mode. It will re-open at 6:15pm in full terror mode.   $5 per-person/$20 per-family recommended donation.
Firefighter BBQ - 4:30pm
Start your Halloween night out enjoying delicious hotdogs with Southern Marin Fire. Their Halloween BBQ will begin at 4:30pm at the Johnson Street Firehouse.
Halloween Parade and
Trick or Treat Lane - 6:00pm
Ghouls, Goblins, Princesses, Superheroes, Cats, Ghosts, and Monsters of all sizes, shapes and ages UNITE together to haunt Caledonia street in search of free candy. The Parade starts at 6:00pm sharp so be ready to line up at 5:45pm at the Firehouse on the corner of Johnson and Caledonia Street. The Halloween Parade finishes at Robin Sweeny Park, otherwise known as Trick or Treat Lane, for more treats and Halloween fun. The Halloween Parade and activities in Robin Sweeny Park and the Recreation Center are sponsored by Sausalito Parks & Recreation, Caledonia Street Merchants and local community groups.                          
Haunted House - 6:15pm
Come see what spooky terrors lurk in this year's inception of the annual Sausalito Haunted House. They're dying . . . to meet you! The Haunted House resides in the Game Room at City Hall. There is a special child friendly version from 4:15pm - 5:00pm, and then the haunt re-opens in full terror mode at 6:15pm.
 $5 per-person, $20 per-family Suggested Donation.

Howl'O'Ween Dog Costume Contest - 6:30pm
Ghoulish greyhounds, devilish dachshunds, poodle princesses and butterfly bulldogs are all welcome! Dress up your pups and bring them with you on Halloween to compete in this free contest held at Robin Sweeney Park. The theme this year is Hollywood Dogs. Prizes will be awarded to the best themed costume, best non-themed costume and best couple (human and dog). Sponsored by Soulmates Animal Care

Sausalito Mayor, Jill Hoffman, will review the highlights of her term in service and take questions from the audience at the Sausalito Village Speaker Series on Tuesday, November 8, 3-5 PM, Edgewater Room, Sausalito City Hall, 420 Litho Street. The event is free of charge and open to the public.

This package includes 6 one-way passes ($8/each) for your choice of routes and times on Tideline.

Please note: Each commute has a maximum capacity of 40 people. Until the Sausalito Service hits a minimum threshold of riders this service will stop at Sam's in Tiburon to pick up/drop off other riders. Please share with friends and colleagues so we can run an exclusive Sausalito service.

  • Boats depart from the Trident Restaurant in Sausalito and San Francisco Pier 1.5.
  • Each one-way trip takes 35-40 minutes, including boarding and disembarking.

  • Passes valid for Friday and Saturday Sausalito to SF service only. Service begins as soon as we tilt. Tideline will email contributors with complete service details upon tilting.

  • Scheduled times will be confirmed and set after we Tilt, based on demand
