In recognition of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, the Hunger Nutrition Coalition of Bucks County  is asking for your help to make this Thanksgiving more nutritious and bountiful for our neighbors in need. HNC will be collecting fresh, non-refrigerated produce - e.g. potatoes, apples, carrots on November 15th from 9AM - 4PM. Drop off locations include Bucks County Opportunity Council , St. Mary Medical Center  and at the United Way of Bucks County . BCOC's Volunteer Income tax Assistance program (VITA) relies on volunteers in our communities to prepare taxes. We're looking for new folks at all of our sites- Levittown, Newtown, Warminster and Quakertown. Free training, friendly team, and most of all you are making a difference in people's lives.
