The BCPS One Learning Management System (LMS) includes the gradebook, curriculum, lesson tiles, and test and quizzes applications. Teachers will have full access to the LMS until Saturday, August 1, 2015. However, teachers will not be able to upload digital content to the lesson tiles or gradebook for the 2015-2016 school year until Monday, August 10, 2015.
In addition, the BCPS One LMS will rollover to the 2015-2016 school year, as well as undergo routine maintenance from Saturday, August 1, 2015 to Sunday, August 9, 2015. During these dates, the LMS may be intermittently unavailable to allow staff to test the functionality of the system and upgrades prior to the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year.
Beginning on Monday, August 10, 2015, teachers will have access to their 2015-2016 class lists and gradebooks in the BCPS One LMS, as well as the ability to begin creating lesson tiles for the new school year. On Monday, August 17, 2015, all students and parents will have access to their 2015-2016 classes in the LMS.
