A New Brand for a New Era.
Spotlight on University of Detroit Mercy.
It's a new era in Detroit, one driven by energy and entrepreneurship. And University of Detroit Mercy is synonymous with all that Detroit has become. It's robust, vibrant and optimistic. BD&E proudly worked with the University to enhance its brand position accordingly. After months of research, we helped the University develop a strategy that would better communicate with alumni, students and the entire region that Detroit Mercy is a center of academic excellence intrinsically linked to the city of Detroit.
We designed a dynamic new logo, which indisputably ties the University to the city. And a new brandline was developed, "Build A Boundless Future." It is bold, inspirational, mission-driven...and above all, authentic.
Detroit Mercy's new brand launched September 15, and is already taking shape in a wide array of applications. We have developed new admissions collateral as well as implemented a comprehensive media campaign. Everything from viewbooks and brochures to television commercials and billboards have been produced. With this new brand, Detroit Mercy is poised to go on to even greater distinction. You could even say the future is...boundless.

Catching Up with Bella
As the dog days of August came to an end, Labor Day arrived. And you know what that means...it was time for the 2nd Annual All-Retriever Pool Party of course!
It was only a year ago Bella was teaching her pal Gracie the fundamentals of swimming, diving and all-around water fetching. This year it was Gracie's turn to pay it forward with lessons for Violet. Bella was grateful to spend the relaxing day with her niece Shelby (Violet's human). Go Dogs Go!
Thanks for your time. We will catch up again next month. In the meantime, enjoy the crisp autumn air and cheer for our home team...Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go!
