BREWSTER DAY CAMP          Newsletter    June 26, 2017        Vol. 36 Issue 10

Hello Brewster Day Camp!

BDC '17 is back and it's better than ever, hey la-di-la, camp is back! The new pool glistens, the freshly paved entryway glimmers, and the last few blades of grass on Mariners Hill grow greener than ever! In addition to the exciting new touches that our camp has added , we enter this camp season with new perspectives as well!

During our past week of training, our staff members discussed the importance of INTENTIONALITY. We talked about making decisions with purpose  and seeking meaning in the actions that follow. When we work with children, we will be thoughtful in all that we do.  BDC is an intentional camp.

All year long, we each make thousands of tiny decisions at work, at home, and at school. Here is a challenge: this summer, really pause and observe the world working around you. Then, jump in with INTENTION and play with purpose. Our BDC counselors are eager to create INTENTIONAL relationships with campers and enjoy meaningful moments in each decision they make. Join us this summer with INTENTIONALITY and lots of...

"When you live each day with intentionality, there's almost no limit to what you can do. You can transform yourself, your family, your community, and your nation. When enough people do that, they can change the world. When you intentionally use your everyday life to bring about positive change in the lives of others, you begin to live a life that matters"
