Beacon Hill Halloween Street Closing

On Thursday, October 31st from 4:30 pm - 9pm these streets will be closed for Trick-or-Treating: Pinckney Street from Joy Street to Charles Street, and Mt. Vernon Street, from Joy Street to Charles Street

Cambridge Trust Company and the BHCA are joining together to present a reception and book signing by John Spooner, author of

No One Ever Told Us That: Money and Life Letters to My Grandchildren, at 6pm on Thursday, October 24th at the King's Chapel Parish House. Space is limited for this free event, so please RSVP to the BHCA.

District 8 Candidate Forum

The BHCA, NABB, and WECA are hosting a Candidates Forum for the District 8 City Councilor race. The Forum will be held on Tuesday, October 29th at 7pm with the location to be determined.

Zoning & Licensing

This month's Zoning & Licensing Committee meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 9th at 7:30pm at 74 Joy Street. The applicant at 20 Myrtle Street, a space previously held by Avni fashion designs, is looking to style another breed. "Pups on the Hill" will be seeking the necessary zoning relief to transform 20 Myrtle Street into a dog grooming shop with retail sales of related supplies and accessories.
