Ballard Performing Arts Spring Concerts - Help Needed/Event Details

Help Needed at All Three Spring Concerts

Our Sign-Up Genius is nearly empty! Consider volunteering at a concerts your student is NOT in so that all parents can see their students perform. Please help:
  • sell baked goods before the concert and intermission
  • bake treats
  • usher people to reserved seats
  • collect donations at the door
  • donate bottled water
  • check in uniforms after the concert
These are the last concerts of the year and we need people to help after each concert to collect the uniforms of all students who are not performing at graduation.

Reserved Seating

Want to pick your seats? Have friends and family coming who want a great seat but always run a bit late? Don't want to end up standing? For the best views and extra leg room, pick center section, rows L, M, and N.

Students Bring Street Clothes to the Concert

All students not performing at graduation will turn in their concert attire after the concert. Students, please make sure to bring street clothes to the concerts. If you can volunteer to help move this mountain of clothes, please sign up here.
