DINNER'S IN THE CASE!

If you're looking for a way to switch up your weeknight dinner routine, look no further than the case at Ted's. Starting this month, we will create a featured weeknight supper menu for dine-in or take out, complete with a meat or seafood and 2 sides, available daily in the case. It's our simple and delicious solution to the age-old question, "What should we have for dinner tonight?"

BACKYARD BBQ BASH &
BIG GREEN EGG GIVEAWAY!

 We're celebrating summer Ted's-style at our annual Backyard BBQ Bash on Saturday, June 16 from 12-5 pm. We'll be cooking up burgers and kielbasa, complete with a full gourmet toppings bar and housemade sides like Pit Baked Beans, Local Tomato Salad and Fresh Watermelon, available for $8/plate. There will be craft beer on tap and wines by the glass, plus local favorites The Bushels will be performing from 1-4 pm!
The highlight of the day will be the drawing for a Big Green Egg, donated by our friends at Firehouse Casual Living in Mt. Pleasant. We're selling raffle tickets at the shop now for 1/$5 or 5/$20, so stop in soon to stock up on your chance to win your very own Egg! All proceeds will benefit "Feed the Need," a local charity that rallies the local culinary community to help feed the hungry.
**You do not need to be present to win, but we'd love it if you planned to join us anyway!

PICNICKING IN STYLE

We've been perfecting our new Charcuterie Platters ($15) and are hearing great feedback. The platter includes our housemade chicken liver mousse, country pate, cured meats like sopressata and Russian bacon, cheese and traditional accoutrements like pickles, mustard and jam, all served with a fresh baguette. We can customize any platter based on your likes, and can make them to go as well.
We've also got a great picnic option for the Spoleto finales and dining al fresco all summer long. Our "Picnic in a Bag" ($30) features Manchego cheese, Genoa salami, crostini, Marcona almonds, fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, bottle of water and napkins, plates and utensils.

Chappelle des Fermes Pinot Noir, Languedoc-Roussillon, France - $16
A fantastic Pinot Noir from "Château d'Antugnac", located close to Limoux, in the Languedoc-Roussillon. A wine full of charm: bright ruby color and a nose rich with aromas of red fruit. On the palate, the wine is fruity and refreshing, with light tannins and great elegance. Perfect with our house smoked salmon!
