Getting your student signed up is imperative as this is the only way to submit emergency medical forms, iPad user agreements, student handbook information and more. Your student does not need to be an athlete, this is for ALL students. This process will take approximately 20-30 minutes but you only have to enter the information 1 time. From here on, you will simply go in and sign it every year (and make any changes needed). You must put in a valid email address for your student (a non Badin email is best; gmail, aol, etc) as they will then go in and sign the forms that they have to sign after you have completed your portion of the process.

If the process of signing up for Final Forms is not done prior to schedule pick-up (August 8 and 9), your student will not get their schedule. Please take a few moments and make sure you have completed these forms.
