Playwright Mary Zimmerman received a MacArthur Foundation fellowship with commendation for developing "a distinctive style that blends strong visual images, sensual movement, music, and poetry to create a new theatrical vocabulary". The Playmakers are executing this style beautifully! The ensemble cast of chameleons all play multiple roles as they weave these mythic tales together into a production that is quite extraordinary.
