July 11th-15th, 2016
Roar!  Dribble!  Bounce!  That's the sound of campers stomping through the land of the dinosaurs at  Baroody's theme camp.  Other campers spent their week learning from Coach Miguel and Alex at basketball camp, while others spent time with our dance and gymnastics teachers!

This week campers transformed our world into a land filled with Apatosaurus, T-Rex, Triceratops, Spinosaurus, and more!  They experimented with the Japanese art of origami and amber fossils.

Did you know you could make dinosaur eggs out of Rice Krispies or that you can imitate the look of fossil captures in amber by using jello?  This week our campers discovered how you could!

Highlights include:

There was lots to learn this week in Science class since the theme was Jurassic World!  Campers discovered the various kinds of fossils that exist in the world (amber, trace, cast, etc.) and how paleontologists uncover these mysteries!
