Kinder-5 th grades: Field Day is coming on Thursday, May 31
We have a groovy Field Day planned and we need your help to make sure the kids are safe and having a great time! Please consider volunteering for a spot to make Field Day a safe and fun day.

We have several spots available where you will be able to interact with your kiddos.

AR REWARD DAY - Students in grades 1-5 who reached the goal of passing a required number of AR quizzes this quarter earned a dress down day scheduled for Thursday, May 24 (grades 2-5 must have passed 4 quizzes; 1st grade must have passed 3). Look for a certificate to come home with your child. Students may wear jeans/school shorts or skirts and an SMS t-shirt.

USED UNIFORM DONATIONS!
It's almost the end of the year and time to clean out your closets and help us stock up for our Used Uniform Sale in August (August 10th)! Please drop any gently used uniforms in the Used Uniform bin in McManus starting May 21st through the end of the school year. Check and pick up sweatshirts, jackets, lunch boxes, water bottles..from the back of the cafeteria and the gym. Uniform items w/out names will go to used uniform sale.
Non uniform items will be donated the last week of school.

  • JV softball plays in the semi-final championship Sunday at 12 p.m. at Oran Good #3 vs. St. Marks
  • Var softball plays in the semi-final championship Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Oran Good#6 vs. St. Marks
  • JV division 1 baseball plays in the semi-final championship at 3:30 p.m. at Oran Good#3 vs. the winner of the St. Thomas St. Rita game
  • Var division 1 baseball plays in the quarter final championship at 12 p.m. at Breckinridge#4 vs. POP; the winner advances to the semi-final at 4 p.m. vs. St. Paul
  • The DPL Golf Tournament is open for registration by using the link https://payit.nelnet.net/form/10P5ev7n . The tournament will fill on a first come, first serve basis. Additional information can be found on the St. Monica Athletic Golf page.
  • The Summer Basketball teams should be announced next week. Interested coaches should email Tom Hood [email protected]
