Greetings!
What do you think of when you think of home? A building with 4 walls, a floor and a roof? A place to sleep at night? Or does home mean something more than just a house?
Before coming to Harford Family House, many of our families had no place to call home. They may have been living in a car, staying in a hotel for a night or two, or living somewhere else not meant for human habitation. With your donationof $25, $50 or more, you can help change that.
Speaking of families, what does this mean to you? Is it a random collection of people who just happen to share the same blood line? Or does it mean the people who have supported and helped you along the way- whether or not they are related to you?
Harford Family House seeks to provide not just a house, but a home for homeless families with children. We strive to extend the meaning of family to include not just those living under the same roof, but the entire community of people we all need to survive.
Home and Family are both words that can evoke strong emotions. Take a tour of our home with one of our residents and check out what members of our family have to say by visiting here We'd also love to hear what you think. Please visit our facebook page to share with us what home and family mean to you.
Help us make Harford Family House a Home for homeless families in our community by making a tax-deductible donation today. Please be as generous as you can, to provide more homes for more families. You won't regret becoming a part of our family!
Sincerely,
Joyce Duffy
