We're about to have Fort Wayne's first annual Irish Fest on May 9. The party goes until midnight at the Lincoln Pavilion, and it's going to be an all-ages event, with everything from games for kids to beer pong for young adults.

Spring Trolley 2015

The Downtown Improvement District will program its Spring Trolley on Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Park then ride the trolley between exciting activities like Fairytale Fest, Barr Street Market, Appleseed Comic Con and more, while being connected to some of your favorite Downtown restaurants and shops. This is a great day to shop small and support numerous Downtown locations. More details and information will be coming soon. RSVP at the link below!

Beer Bourbon Bacon 

2nd Annual Festival Returns

 



The Beer, Bourbon and Bacon Festival is a day to celebrate three amazing tastes! This year is going to be even better than last year with the expansion of tasting area and the additional room at The Conservatory; you are sure to enjoy your sampling of national and regional craft breweries and the finest Bourbons.

Our next Clean & Green volunteer event will be held on Saturday, April 11 from 10am - 2pm!  We will be staging our event from the parking lot of the USF Performing Arts Center. IPFW's Big Event volunteers will join us for a great day of Downtown service. Litter and debris collection will take place throughout the western region of the District. Pranayoga will offer a free yoga class to all involved at 3 p.m. following the event!

British soldiers from the late 1700's will be training at the Old Fort this weekend. The event, sponsored by Seven Years War, Inc., will feature artillery and infantry drills, as well as troop inspections and glimpses of life for a British soldier on the American frontier.  The Fort will be open to the public: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 28 and 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 29. Admission: Freewill donation.
