Join us for an entertaining hands-on workshop on how to make the most delicious pizzas at home with basic equipment.  Mark Bello has been teaching about pizza making for over a decade, and he and Jenny Philips have been running Pizza a Casa Pizza School on NYC's Lower East Side since 2010.  At Pizza a Casa Pizza School, Mark and Jenny make sure that each class is packed with a ton of useful and delectable information, and this workshop at Beer Table will be no exception.

In this class at Beer Table, each student will make a batch of Pizza a Casa's Perfect Pizza Dough from scratch to take home.  Once the dough is made, Mark will demonstrate stretching, topping and saucing techniques.  He'll bake several gourmet pizzas with top-shelf toppings for you to devour--and he'll do it all before your very eyes in the least fancy oven possible (a portable toaster-style oven).

In addition to taking home dough they made themselves, students will receive a Pizza a Casa dough-making souvenir that will have them ready to make dough on the fly anytime, anywhere.

Two beers per person will be included in the class price along with paired tastings of more beers with each pizza.

For those who haven't experienced it yet, our Family Meal every Wednesday evening is an amazing feast, quickly becoming one of our favorite services at Beer Table.  For parties of 4-8 people, this $200 feast is not only delicious, but an extreme value.  For larger parties, we can make this feast available on any day of the week for groups up to 24 people.
