Chamber Committees
We are always looking for talented and engaging individuals to be part of Chamber Committees. Committee members need to attend monthly meetings, be available the day of the main event(s), and be a current Chamber member (either individually or through work/organization). If you are interested in any of these committees, please contact the Chamber.

25th Annual Rend Lake Car Show
September 12, 2015 - 4:00 to 9:00 pm - Benton Square
A great event for any car lover, the Rend Lake Car Show is celebrating its 25th year on the Benton Square. Come check out hundreds of cars, meet their owners, and enjoy an awesome September evening of food and music. Please note the square will be closed to vehicle traffic starting at 4pm so the cars can be setup. Attendee parking is available in the various public lots around the square.
This event is presented by the Benton/West City Area Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by The Fish Company and Weeks in Benton.

Dave Atchison Memorial Golf Scramble
September 24, 2015 - Tee Time: 8am & 1pm
Registration Ends Sept 10 - Benton Country Club
Don't miss out! Still taking team registrations! The Dave Atchison Memorial Golf Scramble is a long standing tradition of a great day out on the links with friends. Set at the beautiful grounds of the Benton County Club, teams can play either a morning or afternoon set and compete to win tournament-wide prizes. Team registration is available through the Benton-West City Area Chamber of Commerce (211 N Main Benton) or through Rotary members.

Staff of the Benton Evening News would like to meet with the community to learn more about the type of content you would like to read about, but but also introduce old and new faces. This is kick off event for the paper and they hope to build a Reader Advisory Group to help develop future changes in the paper.
