Dear We don't usually send our auction alerts out this late in the day but due to an error with the BT exchange in Chester today we have been offline for the best part of the working day.
With an online business like ours, we are thrown into chaos when we don't have an internet connection for even an hour so it has been a little hectic to say the least!
