Better Together - Celebrating 20 Years of Women with ADHD

Sari's New Years Reflections on 2015 and Wishes for 2016

First, I want to wish you a BOLD and BRAVE New Year.  I spend much of my time teaching women to set boundaries: to say "no" to the demands and needs of others, to say "no" to the limiting view of them from others, to say "no" to their own distorted or narrow view of themselves.

Now I want you to help me make 2016 the year of saying "YES!"  Saying "yes" to yourself, to new experiences, to new connections. Saying "yes" to taking one new brave step, however small.

Better Together in 2016

In less than 4 months (!!) Sari Solden and
Dr. Michelle Frank will host an international "non-conference" festival like none other! The festival will celebrate 20 years of women with ADHD in a beautiful setting near Ann Arbor, Michigan. We invite you - encourage you, empower you - to get out of your room and in to your life in 2016!

In honor of MLK Day, we are celebrating neurodiversity - the theory that we all have unique brain profiles with corresponding gifts (and challenges) that we bring to the world. We believe those differences should be celebrated, not denigrated. In honor of the beauty of difference, we are offering ticket prices at a 20% discount off the full ticket rate with promo code DIVERSITY. Visit www.BetterTogetherFest.com for more details!

Important News!
Spouses Session Announced

While the Better Together Festival is a celebration of women with ADHD, we also want to honor those who support them - including men! Sari's husband Dean Solden will host a special session at the festival just for partners and spouses of women with ADHD! You can register your spouse using the promo code FAMILY to save $75 off of their ticket.

Check Out Our Theme Song

Wow. We were blown away by the beauty of the Better Together Festival theme song, "Today is Our Day". The voice and message are so powerful and really capture the experience of women with ADHD and everything we hope that Better Together Fest will be. We can't wait for you to hear it!

The words and music for "Today is Our Day" were written by Dean Solden, a jazz musician for over 30 years. The incredible voice belongs to Daria Carey, a creative genius currently studying at Berkeley School of Music.

You can  lend YOUR voice to the Better Together Festival by joining the chorus for this song OR performing your own song. Take the leap!

This day is about YOU! To participate, submit  this form or click here to learn more.
