I've been working on recovering my health since I was bitten by a tick in Northern California 21 years ago.

Fortunately, I'm doing very well now.

I've been blogging on my site now for almost 12 years! I was feeling the need to take this a step further and bring you the knowledge and wisdom of other people in a different way than what I have done to date.  

Enter "BetterHealthGuy Blogcasts".  These are interviews of some of my favorite people on some of my favorite topics.  I've done 4 so far, and have many more under development.  

I'd love to hear your feedback, your ideas, who you want to see on the blogcast next, and what you would want to ask them.

Blogcast: Restoring Your Health From Lyme Disease
One of my goals for this year is to do more interviews and share them on my site.  I just recently posted Episode #4: Restoring Your Health From Lyme Disease with Dr. Bill Rawls, MD.

Dr. Rawls had his own personal journey through Fibromyalgia and Lyme disease and regained his health using herbal options and a restorative approach to wellness.  We had a great conversation and I valued learning from his personal healing journey and hearing about what he is doing to help others with Lyme disease.

ILADS 2016: Lyme Disease - An Evolving Paradigm for Chronic Illness
I attended the annual ILADS event "Lyme Disease - An Evolving Paradigm for Chronic Illness" which was held in Philadelphia, PA on November 3-6, 2016.

There were over 800 people in attendance which was remarkable to see.  When I started going to this event in 2006, it was closer to 100.  It is nice to finally see Lyme disease getting more validation and more people interested in helping those that desperately need it.

I hope you find my notes helpful and learn some new things.  I certainly did.  Enjoy!
