Beyond Walls is a celebration of art in public spaces. Organized by the Cornelius PARC Department and the Cornelius Public Art Committee, the selected works will be installed at Robbins Park at 17738 West Catawba Ave in Cornelius, NC from April 2015 - September 2015. Robbins Park offers a scenic setting with high visibility for visitors to interact and explore art.

A panel consisting of public art committee members, art professionals, curators and citizens of Cornelius will vote to select the 5-6 pieces that will go on exhibit from April 2015-April 2016.
Project Timeline:
- January 5 - Deadline for submissions
- January 30 - Public art committee will finalize selections for the show and inform the artists who have been selected.
- March 30-April 3 - Delivery and installation of the work will take place
- April TBA - The public art exhibit will open to the public
- Accepted submissions will be on display through September 2015
How To Submit Your Work:
Email [email protected] by 5 pm on January 5, 2015 with the following information:
- A completed submission form
- Current resume
- 2-3 Jpeg images of each public art piece - must be pre-made work, proposals are not accepted
- *Note: Artists may only submit up to 3 pieces for review
