You should receive emails from TADS in the next day or so with specific links for you to complete your student(s) Enrollment(s) for the 2015-2016 academic year, including paying a few one time fees. Please click on each link and complete enrollment for each child accordingly. A separate email is also being sent to you with a step-by-step guide to help you complete Enrollment. We have made the Enrollment process even faster and easier for you this year with the step-by-step guide and the options to complete certain portions of the enrollment process only once for your entire family rather than for each child separately. The deadline to complete the online portion of the Enrollment is Monday, August 10. 

Mark the date of Thursday, August 13 at 10am for the orientation for new incoming Montessori students to attend and become acclimated to the Montessori environment and meet their teachers. 

Also, at the same time, we will be testing our new incoming elementary and middle school students to assess how far they have come since our last testing to have the most updated information.

This orientation/testing is only for new ILM Academy students who have never attended ILM Academy prior to August.

If you would like to apply for financial aid for your students for the 2015-2016 academic year, please click on the below button to start your application. It must be fully submitted by Thursday, July 30. There are multiple documents the application will ask you to submit. Please be ready to submit them and contact your accountant as needed for supporting documentation.

The school supply list for 2015-2016 can be accessed by clicking here. An edit was made to the list to include that all 6th-8th graders need combination locks for their lockers as well. Please be sure to purchase all items needed for your student(s).

Please remember we informed you that there will be no school supply fee this year due to the process not working out efficiently for the school and economically for the families. There is a nominal supply fee for the ECC and Montessori students as we will still purchase their mats and/or notebooks this year as they can be difficult to find.

The uniform for next year will remain the same with the exception that all clothing must be loose-fitting. For example, the pants worn as a part of the daily uniform with the polo shirts may not be skinny pants or leggings. Girls wearing leggings as a part of their jumper or skirt uniform are still allowed to do so. We recommend you order your student's formal uniform items right now as shipping takes time. Please ensure your child has had a physical thus far in the year of 2015 or will be having one. If/When you take your child for a check up, please provide them with our Physical Examination form to fill out. If you cannot get this filled out because your child had his/her yearly checkup already, please instead provide us with the doctor's report stating your child is in good health or has any medical history.

If your child is at least 4 years old, we need his/her passed hearing and vision test results as required by the state of Texas. There is an area at the top of the Physical Examination form for your student's doctor to fill this out, or you can provide it on a separate form provided by the doctor.

Please click here for a letter from the Texas Department of State Health Services emphasizing the immunization requirements for this year. Please be sure your child(ren) are appropriately immunized by August or provide us with exemption affidavits.

If you will no longer be sending one or all of your student(s) whom you applied for to ILM Academy for the 2015-2016 academic year, please let us know ASAP.

The very first day of school is Monday, August 17. Please mark your calendars and be prepared for the day by completing all of the above action items. We are looking forward to it!
