Donations by sponsors benefit the hunger ministries of Church World Service, both nationally and globally. One fourth of all donations stay in the Valley to support local ministries.
Here are some ways your small steps can make a big difference:
$10 can provide a pair of rabbits, which supply protein.
$50 can provide hoes, shovels and seeds, tools a family needs to grow a garden.
$100 can provide 200 chicks, helping families find their way from need to nourishment.

"Hungry people in developing countries typically walk as many as six miles a day to get food, water and fuel, and to take their goods to market. We want to be in solidarity with their struggle for existence. We walk because we want to end hunger-one step at a time."
