My mom Debbie and I, both Board Certified Health Coaches, have teamed up with The Richel D'Ambra Spa & Salon at The Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia and other women-run businesses to bring a package valued at $5,000 to another mother/daughter duo this Mother's Day!

The package includes:

· Six months of unlimited health coaching from Sheri and Debbie, including two private health coaching sessions a month for six months for each woman, ongoing email support, whole food samples and recipes and handouts designed to meet their individual needs;

· A Makeover Package from The Richel D'Ambra Spa & Salon at the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia, including a hair cut and color, a makeup application, a massage, a facial and a one hour personal training session;

· 1 night at the Omni Hotel in Philadelphia

· A private yoga session with One Yoga Philly;

· A healthy dinner at Seasons 52; and

· A photo shoot and portrait book with K&K Photography.
