Big night at the Beard Awards for Chefs Collaborative!

A special congratulations to Bruce Sherman, Chefs Collaborative Board Member and chef/owner of North Pond restaurant in Chicago, who took home the Beard Award for Best Chef Great Lakes! Well deserved, Bruce! We're so proud.

And, to those who need another reason to come to the Chefs Collaborative Sustainable Food Summit in Seattle, September 30 - October 2, Tom Douglas of Tom Douglas Restaurants won Outstanding Restaurateur. Tom will be kicking off the Summit with a welcome - be sure to congratulate him there!
