Dear Members of the Episcopal Diocese
of Central Pennsylvania,
This is the time of year in which we celebrate Hope realized.
In the darkest days of the year, we rejoice that God’s light has come to dwell among us, to redeem us and to make all that is broken, whole again.
In the wonder of an infant - a vulnerable, tiny baby without even a crib of his own; in the humility of a God whose love for us is so great that God deigns to become one of us;
in the surprise of our King come to us wrapped in rags,
Our Hope has come.
Our redeemer is born.
His name is Jesus.
May you know the power of God’s love for you this holiday season. Share it with someone who needs a word of Hope. And delight in the gift of love.
