The NCNW Female Leadership Pipeline (FLP) Encourages Girls to Register!

BlackGirlsCODE (BGC), a San Francisco Non-Profit, Plans to Teach Computer Programming to 300 Girls in 90 Days Across the US!

BlackGirlsCODE is launching Summer of Code 2012 and bringing coding workshops to girls of color in San Francisco, Oakland, Chicago, Atlanta, St. Louis, Detroit and more! Click here for more details about the workshops and how to register.   Go to BGC to support their Indiegogo Campaign as they launch their mission to introduce programming to more than 300 urban youth this summer. They have opened up the waiting list for the June 30th class. REGISTER SOON! Space is limited.

BGC mission: To increase the number of women of color in digital careers by empowering girls of color, ages 7 to 14, to become innovators in STEM fields, leaders in their communities, and builders of their own futures through exposure to computer science in a supportive, and challenging environment.
