The first PTA meeting of the year will be Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 3:15 pm in the SCS Media Center.

Please consider getting involved in our Parent Teacher Association.  The PTA helps develop home to school relationships, provides a forum for sharing ideas in our community, provides Christian fellowship and social contacts.

Our SCS community is strengthened by the relationships fostered and encouraged through PTA.  The greater our parent involvement, the stronger our community.  If you have not yet been involved, please consider attending one PTA meeting this year or volunteering at one PTA event.  Your help makes a difference in our community!

    Save-the-Date
The Drama Department of Sarasota Christian School will present Mary Lynn Dobson's  The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood on Friday and Saturday, October 27 and 28 at 7:00pm and Sunday, October 29 at 3:00pm.

Robin, with the help of his Merry Men and a Merry Man wannabe known as the Town's Guy, turns this once-simple legend into a hysterical trip through Sherwood Forest with surprises at every turn. Our charming-but-egotistical hero leads his merry band in a crusade against the evil Prince John and and his haughty henchman, the Sheriff of Nottingham to win the hand of his one and only love, Lady Marian. Incredibly, our model good-guy Robin discovers that even heroes have a few important life lessons to learn.
